150 - Little Bud -Sold

6" x 6" acrylic on panel
This painting titled "Little Bud" may be easier to understand. Yesterday's painting named "Bob", well, I was thinking about Bob when I was painting that one. Being care free and letting it just happen! Thanks Bob!

Hope that make sense Martine!

153 - Rosey

6"x 6" acrylic on panel

Resisting the urge to mess around with these little paintings too much. Do another as I've heard said and as I've said in the past.  : )

155 - Oopsy! - Sold

6" x 6" mixed on panel
Sometimes they just don't all work out! A little slip on the ice (not literally) today.

Believe it or not this little guy came out of a rose painting I started with this morning! Yes, the rose is under there... somewhere. I could try to blame it on all kinds of things (light, air, moon, stars) but instead... Lemonade!

Like Leigh would say..."throw some glitter on it!"  So I did.

He is cute......

156 - Beacons

6" x 6" acrylic on panel
This morning after painting this I thought it wasn't finished. I thought I'll take a break from it and come back later. I came back and I've decided that it is finished and I will do another.... tomorrow.

Why "Beacons".... that is what they looked like to me from across the room this afternoon!
Two little beacons guiding anything or anyone that needs... guiding

This little "Copy Cat" is another version of one I did while in Nashville. Had to go back a little to move forward!

Early is good!

159- unsure

"unsure"
This is 159 and counting down to....

This is my feeble attempt to get back to painting daily again or more...

Because I'm not especially excited about the one above, I've decided to post this little one I did November 1st at the Lisa Daria workshop in Nashville, TN.
Painted on "Dura-lar" an archival polyester film, size about 8"x8"
I did the workshop to gain inspiration from Lisa to get back to painting... no matter what!
