"Joe's Purple Prose"

6"x6" oil on canvas panel 

If one is going to sit around and talk, one may as well have a big cup of coffee. Why not in a purple cup!

This painting was done in the spirit of Cathleen Rehfeld. I love how she uses the black gesso ground.

    you're perking right along jM! this one is especially nice. the colors are deeper and richer with the underpainting. only 21 more to go...how about that?!
