A little painting here, a bigger painting there.
I've watched this little painting progress, kind of out of the corner of my eye, as I was super involved in another project. But as jM does, she slowly brought me in, and I began to appreciaye the depth of her technique, and the subtle tone of the work. When, at last she brought me what she calls a 'skin' a transparent medium in which she has imbedded some leftover smears of paint, she says, what if I put this here? Well, there it was! The master touch that completed the painting. Brilliant!
I love this one! The texture is wonderful and yes depth, it has that Wow quality.
Love it! So much to discover as I keep looking at it.
JanettMarie, I am so inspired by your series of paintings.Love the colors in this work!
I will have one please! My goodness Janett! You sure know how to paint martinis. I love the colors and the marks and horses are wonderful. They remind me a little of primitive cave carvings.
This is so alive and beautiful...
Thanks you all! More martini's to come!
