"Going Home" -Sold

This piece looks to me like someone, headed home after some dreary days on the road.
I got to a point and said "Stop" so I stopped.

This will be in the gallery show this Friday along with six other pieces. They are all 8"x6" aquamedia on paper mounted on a gallery wrap canvas. I'll have to get some photos from the opening to show you all later!

I love the dynamic colors! She looks like a fashionable lady with japanese influence. By the way, that is vine charcoal. I draw straight lines and then 'root around' and 'wipe out' with a tissue until I 'find' the drawing. I will try to 'capture' my crazy process.
